    Great location and attentive staff

    The location was perfect for ski-in/ski-out access, made hitting the slopes super easy. The breakfast had a great variety, great to fuel up before our days on the mountain. I encountered issues with the room amenities, specifically the coffee machine not working for four days, a bit frustrating.

    Excellent ski amenities with friendly staff who were helpful throughout our stay. The cozy atmosphere of the lounge area provided a perfect retreat after a day on the slopes.

    Location is amazing, ski in ski out, felt like I was a pro skier. The junior staff were friendly and helpful, poor things, must be tough working with the grumpy oldies in this hotel.

    The staff could use some training on how to crack a smile, but I guess that's too much to ask for.

    Great stay, always go back. I remember staff helping with taxis. Hotel has everything I need: Wi-Fi, storage, 24/7 reception, bar, restaurant. Coming back for city trip. So worth it!
